1. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. (only for Physical Products)
2. For Digital Products called Online Trainings, you are required to send a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org by sending the Order Number
After receiving your request, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your refund. Refunds may take 2-3 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
(1) The following trainings cannot be refunded:
● Pick, Polish and Place Training
● We can refund payment for all the trainings
● As we are offering the Online Training, we can refund the fee based on the % of completion of training modules
● We cannot refund the amount after completion of 50% curriculum
● In addition to that, Students can exit our trainings and entry at any time (Multiple Entry and Exit Opportunity)
(2) Once, Employer has selected Pricing Plan it cannot be removed
